Resumo: Since primordial times, human beings have searched for their preservation, their permanence in what they call ‘life’. Various times, humans believe they are infinite beings within a finite journey, and through this, mask and conceal their existence, believing that there will always be a “tomorrow”. However, a "tomorrow” may be lacking at any time. And in the disguise of their existence, they come into constant clashes, which sometimes, may lead to evils or disturbances, and from there, the conflict between the duality of body and soul comes into conflict. And it will be in this scenario that we can contemplate that in the search for survival they will actually find shaking issues, and these will trigger ailments for their existence, and thus compromise their health. Thus, we present a proposal for a contemplation of oneself or why not say: "Get to Know yourself" so that this human being has his own self awareness. Then, after that, seek or reach for the outside. And once in possession of the knowledge of self, the recognition of others will be a natural disposition and not a confrontational opposition. Understanding oneself will be the same as leading another - and often this one suffers - analgesia, care, responsibility. Therefore, within a Platonic / Socratic proposal, this work has the intention of proposing that even before taking care of one’s body, i.e., only root out the disturbances that can cause pain, health should be viewed primarily as something that seeks to achieve the suffering of the one who unleashed the evils into his own body. And in the processes of self knowledge and the recognition of others, we will conclude that, already in ancient Greece, Bioethical action was present due to the conflicts and clashes that man engages with his own kind.
